Wakeout: The Full Body Workout

Wakeout gives you workouts you can do first thing in the morning, in bed.

Stop Snoozing

Your bed is probably not your ideal location for exercising. You probably don’t want to work out first thing in the morning before you even get out of bed. Wakeout wants to change that. The app has created a clever workout regimen, designed to get your blood pumping before you do anything else in the morning. Wakeout describes its exercises as “chill full-body movements designed to wake you up quickly.” The exercises vary from doing pushups on your bed to squatting your pillow. It’s nothing incredibly hard, but it’s just enough to get you motivated to stop hitting that snooze button and get out of bed instead.

Wake Up And Workout

Wakeout sends you three randomly generated workouts each morning. Obviously, you could just look up these workouts and do them yourself each morning instead. But, if you’re being honest with yourself, you probably need an app to remind you. Plus Wakeout includes a timer, and each workout is expected to be completed in three minutes or less. So if you don’t want to do your pillow crunches alone, it’s nice to have the app help you out. Wakeout a goofy app, but it’s worth testing out if you’re one of the many people who needs some extra motivation to get up in the morning.
